Interactive Food Training CD for Basic Food Safety
This interactive CD allows participants to work through a basic food safety course at their own pace. The CD is presented in simple language with a glossary of food safety terms (particularaly useful for those with English as their second language), and can be used multiple times by all staff members.

Each module finishes with a fun interactive quiz.
The CD also has a book mark facility, allowing users to exit the programme and return at a later stage. Separate names allow multiple access by different users.
