Testing Environmental Samples for Organic Contaminants
We provide environmental testing for organic contaminants and POPs assisting in projects worldwide to determine the levels of contaminants arising from industrial chemicals, process by-products and those chemicals identified in the Stockholm Convention. This includes the capability to assist with sample analysis for exposure and risk assessment projects related to impact on plant, animal and human populations.
Flexibility to meet your testing needs
AsureQuality will consider requests for method development for special projects that may arise and will consider these on a case-by-case basis.
Where we are unable to provide an analysis through our own laboratories, we will provide for these by subcontract to other laboratories as may be available.
Scope of testing offered
We offer specialist testing for ultra-trace level and trace level testing for groups of compounds including the following in diverse environmental matrices:
- Dioxins / furans – full congener profiles and OCDD and TCDD screens
- Dioxin-like PCBs
- PCBs, PBBs and PAHs
- Chlorophenols
- Chlorobenzenes
- Organochlorine pesticides
- Brominated flame retardants (PBDEs and PBBs)
- Nitrosamines (including NDMA)
- Mutagen X
- PFCs (under development).

Testing techniques
We use methodologies that include or are based on USEPA, EN/BS/ISO, CARB, VIN, JIS, NIOSH and in-house methods.
