In the event that the password is lost or stolen or that the password is being used by individuals who should not be accessing the Website then AsureQuality should be informed as soon as reasonably possible.
AsureQuality reserves the right, at all times, to delete or change any password and/or access to the Website at any time and for any reason.

In addition to the General Terms and Conditions above, the following Terms and Conditions also apply to the SearchAgriBase website:

The Customer may access The Website to determine the AgriBase® Farm Identification Numbers (AgriBase® Farm_IDs) of rural properties, in order to store AgriBase® Farm_IDs in The Customer’s database(s) for future reference. AsureQuality does not grant permission to The Customer to store any element of The Data other than AgriBase® Farm_Ids, unless such permissions are specifically permitted under a current SearchAgriBase Licence Agreement.

The Data within The Website may not be used for correspondence with or for directly contacting landowners/occupiers/farmers, unless reasons for contact are specifically permitted under a current SearchAgriBase Licence Agreement.

You acknowledge that with frequent changing of farm/land ownership and lease arrangements it is not possible to have all AgriBase® records current and accurate. The Data has been collected directly from farmers through voluntary registrations, mostly within the past three years.  AsureQuality cannot guarantee breadth of coverage of registrations due to the voluntary nature of AgriBase® registrations. Recent changes may not be included, and there may be some other errors, duplications or omissions in the Data. AsureQuality therefore gives no assurances whatsoever as to the completeness, correctness, currency or fitness for any purpose of the information contained within this site.

When a website visitor submits personal information to an AsureQuality website (in request of further information about an AsureQuality product or service), they agree that the data supplied may be transferred outside the country of origin. AsureQuality’s privacy policy sets out relevant principles of the Privacy Act 1993 regarding “personal information” which is “information about an identifiable individual”.  This applies particularly to information gathered and stored within AsureQuality information systems.

Collection

AsureQuality can only collect personal information necessary for the functioning of the its day-to-day business relating to Food Safety and/or Biosecurity.
AsureQuality must collect the information directly from the individual concerned unless the information is publicly available, the individual has authorised the collection of the information from someone else, or the information will not be used in a form in which the individual is identified.
Where personal information is collected, AsureQuality is to ensure that the individual is aware of the purpose for which it is collected, who will have access to the information, and the rights of the supplier of the information to access and correct their personal information by contacting AsureQuality.
AsureQuality must not collect personal information by unlawful, unfair or unreasonably intrusive means.

Access

Personal information must be secured against unauthorised use or disclosure.
The individual is entitled to confirm that AsureQuality holds personal information, have access to that information and request correction.

Correction

An individual can request correction and has the right to request a statement of confirmation certifying that the requested correction has been made. 

Accuracy

Personal information held is to be accurate, up-to-date and not misleading.

Retention

Personal information is not to be held longer than is required for the purpose for which it is collected.

Limitations on Use

AsureQuality must not use personal information unless:
The information is held according to the principles of the Privacy Act 1993
The individual providing the information has authorised the use of the information
Use of the information is necessary for AsureQuality to carry out its obligations relating to Food Safety and Biosecurity purposes.
