Tony Egan - Chief Executive Officer | |
 | I joined AgriQuality as CEO in 2007 and facilitated the merger between AgriQuality and ASURE New Zealand to form the new organisation AsureQuality, with 1800 staff covering 140 locations in Australasia. My past work experience includes CEO of AFFCO New Zealand Limited, MD Marketing & Finance of Greenlea Meats, and Director of Caesar Consolidated Shipping. I have a MBA from Massey University and a BA from Victoria University. I am married with six children and live in Taupiri, not far from Hamilton. In my spare time I ferry my kids from one location to another! |
Kelvan Smith - Group Manager - Operations | |
 | I joined AsureQuality in 2007 when the company was established. I previously spent 9 years with ASURE (New Zealand) Ltd and was CEO at the time of the merger with AgrQuality. I have worked in a variety of senior operational management roles primarily in the core Government/SOE sector. I have an MBA (Distinction) from Massey University. Away from work I enjoy sailing and alpine tramping. |
Udit Singh - Group Manager - Laboratories & Diagnostics | |
 | I joined AgriQuality in 1999, and previously held positions in the dairy and distribution sectors as well as chartered accountancy. I have a Bachelors in Accountancy and Economics and am an Associate of the New Zealand Institute of Accountants and the Australian Society of CPA's. I grew up on a farm and have a passion for where agriculture meets commerce. I have a 19 year old daughter and a 15 year old son who keep me busy being taxi driver, financier and chef. My hobbies are keeping fit , learning about other cultures and reading. |

Dr Chris Carter - Chief Technical Officer | |
Following the formation of AsureQuality in 2007 my key responsibility has been the Animal Health Diagnostics business. Previously my work was with AgriQuality as General Manager On-Farm Services and for MAF as a Veterinary Technical Manager. I've come into these roles from a veterinary clinical background working with production animals in Taranaki and in the UK. I graduated from Massey University and have a special interest in epidemiology (MACVS). With a grown up family we now have the opportunity to pursue other interests including thorough-bred racing. | |
Mark Cunningham - Strategy Manager / Company Secretary | |
 | I joined AsureQuality in July 2009 from a corporate finance and investment banking background. I most recently worked for Deloitte in their Auckland Corporate Finance team, involved primarily in M&A advisory and valuation work, following a number of years with investment banks mostly involved with infrastructure projects in Canada. I have MBA, Commerce (B.Com) and Law (LLB) degrees. Outside of work I enjoy getting outdoors with mountain biking and snow-skiing as favourite ways to do so. |
